Here at HULEND, we stand by our product! We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects. Upon receiving your product and find there is a defect in the workmanship or materials used we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Repair items will be subject the the availability of parts and materials. All of our products are sewn by hand here in Boston Massachusetts. With the nature of handmade products. Some of our items might contain slight imperfections. We guarantee these do not effect the quality or life of the product.  

What is covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty?
Manufacturing defects, missing parts, broken seams, broken or sticky zippers, stitching defects that prevent the ability to use the product for its intended use.

What is not covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty?
Normal wear and tear, rips/tears, fading, lost, stolen, abuse, cosmetic issues, mishandling, abrasions. 

 Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, Fill out a return form located under the "Warranty/Returns" tab. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. *Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When in doubt, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you might have.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
